You can either upload your logo using the online upload option and select left, middle or right for the position of the logo or simply e mail us the logo.

We accept EPS, JPEG 300dpi (non compressed), TIFF, and AI graphic formats. Images should be at least 300DPI. You can also upload images to us that have been created in Corel Draw, Quark Express 6.5 (MAC), or Illustrator 10 (PC).

Yes. We will send you a proof via email as a PDF document, prior to final printing for your approval.

Yes. You can either upload the database as part of the online selection process or you can directly e mail us your database for inclusion. We accept data in the following formats: CSV, and MS Excel files.

Please allow at least 10 working days for production and shipping.

You will receive a proof prior to production, and a follow up telephone call when you place your order to confirm your order. If for some unforseen reason we are not able to produce you order within 10 working days we will advise you with 2 days.

Yes, please email us your requirement including size, material and layout and we will call you with a price.

Refunds are accepted, however, after your supplied proof has been approved, we are unable to provide a refund for a job in production.
