First 4 Numbers are specialists in printing numbers for a large range of events throughout the UK and Europe. We have been printing numbers since 1985 and have over that time significantly developed the printing process from introducing new fonts that make the numbers more eligible, to using the latest variable data software that allows us to print a different design, number, colour, or name on each race bib in sequence. These fonts have now been adopted worldwide for racing events and we are constantly working with our customers on new layouts and materials.

Enquiries:
Our customer support team are on hand to deal with any customer enquiries, from the initial product selection, costings, delivery and after care service.
Design:
We have an in-house design department where customer requirements can be designed, artwork and logos set out and proofs sent for approval. The design department utilise the latest Apple MAC computers enabling most art work/logos to be set out with high precision ensuring the layout both maximises the visibility of the number as well as providing high quality colour matched logos for sponsors. Art work can be accepted electronically in PDF, EPS or JPEG format at a minimum of 300dpi.
Utilising the latest variable data software we can revolutionise the sequential printing for different numbers, logos, names, colours or layouts for each race bib printed sequentially. This has proved extremely popular with competitors names being included on the race bibs, barcodes being utilised and different colours for start times.
Printing:
We have a wealth of experience of printing on a large variety of substrates from the popular Tyvek which is tear resistant and waterproof a very popular material for Marathons and other racing events, Pretex which is a durable tear resistant, water resistant material suitable for fun runs and smaller events and Adhesive numbers.
Collating:
We hand collate all our numbers ensuring total quality for our customers,and by listening to our customers and an indepth understanding of our clients markets we collate the numbers into sequences that make the handing out of the numbers very easy and this can be customised to their requirements.
We also pack complete race and event packs for client where we will include the race instructions, maps, baggage labels, pins and tags into each envelope, therefore ensuring everything is sequentially checked to ensure the correct numbered race tag matches the baggage label, barcode and tag, then packed into an envelope with a clear window showing the race number for ease of distribution.
This ensures the event passes as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
